1.NIKE Women’s Juvenate Running Shoe

NIKE Women's Juvenate Sneaker, Black/White/Black/White, 7.5 B USCHECK NOW

These shoes were expensive but they are super comfortable so it was worth it. I have really picky feet with being almost flat footed and having leg injuries and rheumatoid arthritis and my feet like these. No problems with the arch support and it feels like you are walking on air. They are easy to get on and off they pretty much slip on and off and there is a loop in the back and front that you can use to help you. It is good for people like me who have some leg injuries and have some trouble getting shoes on and off. I don’t know how well they will hold up or how much use I will get out of these as I’ve come across some complaints about this so if I have issues with this I will be sure to update my review. I’m just planning to use them for walking and not for running but I imagine one could run in them if one wanted to. But they would probably wear out faster.

Nike’s have Always been my favorite shoe and these didnt disappoint. Light weight, true to size Nike fit, color was superb and airy. My feet are always super hot and sweaty and my feet aren’t nearly as hot and sweaty in these shoes. Very co.for table Nd flexible fit.

Love how they fit and how they look! And they are super comfy with being a new shoe! Didn’t have to break them in a bunch! Which I loved! With me being a petite woman sometimes finding a tennis shoe that fits and doesn’t make my foot look huge is hard! These shoes are perfect and just the few times I’ve worn them out I’ve gotten many compliments! Love them would totally recommend them!

These are really great shoes. I wear them most of the time. I just don’t wear them when it is wet out because my feet get wet real quick. I don’t run so I don’t know how good they are for that, but as for a comfortable shoe they for great. I have high arches so they don’t do much support for them. Over all, My next pair of shoes will probably be ones like these. Comfortable right out of the box.

I love this shoe for running. I got the 6.5 and usually wear between 6-6.5 and its a great fit. It is a little wide, but thats why I enjoy it so much! There is room for the toes to breathe. I don’t get blisters with these easily and have done long runs 10+ miles with them.

4.Nike Women’s Flex Experience Rn 5 Running Shoe

NIKE Womens Flex Experience RN 5 Running Shoe Anthracite/Pink Blast/Black 6 B(M) USCHECK NOW

Great shoes! Really comfortable and great looking. All nikes run kinda small I’ve noticed, so I always buy a half size larger than my normal shoe size and have never had any issues. I haven’t actually ran in them yet but I’ve done Crossfit in them and they were good.

love these shoes. Been working out 3-times a week with lots of cardio. They give me stability and are light enough for running. When using the elliptical, they support my lower ankles from getting too tired. When kickboxing, they are light enough for me to lift and move my legs easily. All around, this is a great pair of shoes; loved the price and the same day delivery! How amazing is that?!?!

5.NIKE Women’s Flex RN Running Shoe

Nike Womens Flex 2017 RN Running Shoe Black/White/Anthracite/Wolf Grey 7.5 B(M) USCHECK NOW

I absolutely love these shoes. They are super light weight, and extremely comfortable. I got them to workout in, but after trying them on, they’ll certainly be my everyday shoe when I run errands, etc. – and want that extra comfort. I got my regular size that I always wear 7.5 and they fit me perfect. They didn’t run small, or big for me. I can wear them with, or without socks and they still fit great! I highly recommend these shoes, if you’re looking for style, and comfort.

Most comfortable pair of running shoes I’ve ever owned!! Jog on the treadmill in these daily for 40-75 minutes and I’m getting another pair now for when these wear out. Super cute too!! Fit perfectly!! Broad toe-box are perfect for my regular width feet (I need a roomy toebox for pain in my big toes and these fit the bill). I have high arches & don’t need to use inserts with these…so I’d have to say this should would be wonderful for anyone who needs excellent arch support!!

6.NIKE Womens Free Rn Distance Running Shoe

NIKE Womens Free Rn Distance Running Shoe (6.5 B(M) US, Hyper Turq/White-Hyper Jade Rio Teal)CHECK NOW

As a veteran distance runner who previously hated Nike’s for running, I swear by these shoes. This is my second pair, my other pair lasted 315 miles roughly, I run about about a 7:30 per mile pace about 10 to 15 mile runs, hill sprints and speedwork and love them. For my profile, I have very high arches, tend to over pronate and heel strike, about 5’5″ & 125lbs. I compete on an elite level and have tried tons of different running shoes, but love the low heel toe drop, lightweight, and more natural running shoe with decent energy return. These are grippy for speed road workouts and comfortable enough for me to do 20 miles at a time. Wish they wouldn’t of made such changes in the free run distance 2 version.

I absolutely loved these shoes for the first two months. I only wear them for running workouts in the gym (1-2 times a week) and the cushion depleted after 2 months. I’ve contacted Nike to see if they will replace the insoles, but they don’t offer that at this time. A lot of money for a shoe that only lasts 2 months.

NIKE Women’s Metcon Repper DSX Training Shoe

Great product and shipping was fast! I’m normally a women’s 6, and they ran a little small so I would recommend ordering a half size up. Would purchase again!

Shoes felt narrow at first, but as I’ve worn them they have stretched a bit. Middle-of-the-road arch support, and okay for running. Nice lightweight shoe that is comfortable with or without socks.

8.Best Mizuno Wave Rider 21 Women’s Running Shoes

Mizuno Women's Wave Rider 21 Running Shoe Athletic Shoe, high rise/gray stone, 8 B USCHECK NOW

LOve mizuno wave riders. I’ve had at least 6 or 7 versions starting with the 9s and they are without fail the most comfortable shoes out there. Good support, particularly for low to medium arches. My only minor critique, or warning maybe, is that the toe box on this model is a bit wider than they used to be. I noticed the same in the 20s so I’m thinking it might have been an intentional change by the manufacturer, but if you have narrow feet and that is why you are looking for mizuno, be prepared to lace them a bit tighter.

Offers great support for HIIT and strength training workouts. I’m not a runner so I can’t attest to how they would do as a running shoe but I do wear them on 30-45 minute walks with the dog and they are comfortable. I am a size 7 in a dress and casual shoe but as I always do with tennis shoes I sized up one size to an 8 and they fit perfect. Be aware, like most Nikes they do run a bit narrow.

Nike Shoes For Women -Buying Guide

If most of your training is on pavements, then road shoes are for you. With more cushioning than trail or lightweight race shoes these will provide shock absorption to minimise your risk of injury.
If you’re women’s running through soft muddy trails you’re more happy during a pair of trail shoes with a deep tread that provide better grip and ankle support, vital for running on uneven terrain. On pavement however, these shoes are going to be uncomfortable because the studs will press into the soles of your feet, and can wear away quickly.
If you’re doing a touch of both you ought to consider a hybrid shoe . These shoes work well on both roads and mixed trail conditions with a balanced mixture of grip and cushioning.

Choosing the best Nike shoes for women.

Narrow Your Options

With hundreds of choices, it’s easy to get overwhelmed looking for great sneakers. One rule to help you get closer to the Perfect Pair: search for running shoes, not training shoes.

Focus on Feel

Just-right running shoes should feel like a natural extension of your body. “If your shoes are uncomfortable, you’re going to anticipate that discomfort with every footfall,” says Nike Running Global Head Coach Chris Bennett. That causes your body to make compensations in your form, which can affect your natural gait — and, he adds, lead to injuries.

Make Sure the Shoe Really Fits

Wear a pair of shoes that are too small, and you could wind up with blisters and black toenails. Run in a pair that’s too big, and you’ll be sliding around, unable to properly absorb impact and maximize your push off the ground.

Pair the Right Shoe with the Right Run

“For casual, everyday runs, a somewhat cushioned, neutral shoe can do it all,” says Jason Fitzgerald, a USA Track & Field–certified coach, the head coach of Strength Running, and the host of The Strength Running Podcast. Most running shoes have a mix of cushioning and responsiveness that eases you through long runs but can still give you ample energy return when you want to pick up the pace.

These shoes tend to have a different, special set of features designed to help you run on all kinds of rugged terrain from hard pack, soft pack, fell, or a combination. Features like Gore-Tex liners, midfoot wraps, and lugged rubber outsoles are common with these types of shoes and they’re generally harder wearing with more durable uppers to protect your foot and stay comfortable on longer runs.

The main focus of trail running shoes however is the level of grip they offer. They’re all neutral runners but the outsole changes from shoe to shoe with a deeper tread providing traction and stability on slippery and uneven surfaces and a lower profile to ensuring a quicker response to the changing terrain.
